Oman is the intersection of the western end of the “the Belt and Road” and is one of the most important partners to promote the“the Belt and Road” construction in China. China and Oman have many common points during their development process, and  have strong complementary and cooperation potential. Since the 21st century, the co-operations between China and Oman have been further broadened. In addition to oil and gas, network communication engineering, sightseeing and other industries, China has also actively participated in the construction of Oman's ports, logistics, commerce and trade industries. All of these have confirmed that“the Belt and Road”brings new opportunities to both countries.

Dalian Yixiang Fisheries wants to seize the opportunity to actively participate in the construction of  “ the Belt and Road”, and expand the scale of fishing. We will make full use of Omani abundant fishery resources to build a large fish processing and refrigerating plant and a fish-meal processing plant to achieve a complete industry chain of "production - processing - export".
